Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 Fill) and Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)
Loosen the hose clamp (1).

Remove the radiator outlet hose assembly (3) from the water pump.
Unclip the clamp (2).
Remove the radiator outlet hose assembly (3) from the radiator.
Loosen the clamp (3).

Remove the radiator outlet hose (1) from the radiator surge tank outlet hose (2).
Unclip the radiator outlet hose (1) from the 2 clips (4).
