Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose Replacement (1.4L LUV, 1.8L LUW and LWE)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 Fill)  and Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
1 Oil Cooler Inlet Hose Clamp

Procedure

  1. Place a drain pan below the vehicle.
  2. Remove/install engine coolant air bleed hose clamp.

Procedure

  1. Place a drain pan below the vehicle.
  2. Remove/install engine coolant air bleed hose clamp.
