Removal Procedure

  1. Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Replacement (1.8L LUW and LWE) , Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Replacement (2.0L Diesel LUZ)  and Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Replacement (1.4L LUV) »Remove
  2. Bolt (1) [4x]»Remove

  3. Remove the thermostat. (2)
  4. Engine Coolant Thermostat Gasket (3)»Remove and DISCARD
