Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement (1.4L LUV with Manual Transmission and 2.0L Diesel LUZ) .
  2. Disconnect the engine coolant fan control module wiring harness plug (1).

  3. Unclip all wiring harness retainer clips and remove the wiring harness (2).
  4. Remove the engine coolant fan shroud (1).
