Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the transmission. Transmission Fluid Drain and Fill
  2. Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side (without Intermediate Shaft)  and Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side (with Intermediate Shaft) »Remove
  3. Bolt (2) @ Intermediate Shaft Bearing Flange (1) »Remove [3x]

  4. Intermediate Shaft (1) »Remove

  5. Remove and DISCARD the 2 intermediate sealing rings (1, 2) from the intermediate shaft.
