Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the quick disconnects. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
1 Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Fastener
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2 Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve
Procedure 
Disconnect the electrical connector.
