1	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Body Bolts (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedures Before removing the door, apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces. Mark the location of the hinge being removed. Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (ZL1)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Without ZL1, Z28)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Z28) Support the door before removing the hinge bolts. Tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Door Bolts (Qty: 2) Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

4	Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Body Bolts (Qty: 2) Tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
5	Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Door Bolts (Qty: 2) Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
