Circuit/System Verification

NOTE:

The Crankshaft Position Variation Learn procedure may have to be repeated up to 5 times before the procedure is successful.

  1. Perform the scan tool Crankshaft Position System Variation Learn procedure.
  2. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed in the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  3. Verify the DTC is not set.
    • If the DTC sets 

      Replace the K20 Engine Control Module.

    • If the DTC does not set 
  4. All OK
