Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Verify that the charge air cooler coolant is at the proper level. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Coolant Level Inspection (LSA) .
  2. Verify that the vacuum lines to the supercharger components are properly routed. Refer to Boost Control System Description .
  3. Ignition ON. Verify the KR18 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Relay clicks and the M10 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump turns ON and OFF when commanding the Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump ON and OFF with a scan tool.
    • If the relay clicks and the pump turns ON and OFF 
  4. Engine running, verify the supercharger bypass valve actuator linkage moves when commanding the Supercharger Bypass Solenoid Valve between 0-90 % with a scan tool.
    • If the linkage does not move 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If the linkage moves 
  5. All OK.
