Upper Engine Oil Tank and Components Assemble

| Preliminary Procedure Prior to disassembly, mark the upper and lower portions of the large tank for proper reassembly. Mark the tank on the area below the oil fill cap. |

| 1 | Oil Pump Screen
NOTE:
Inspect for proper installation of the screen to the tank. When installed properly, the tabs on the screen will lock into the port opening at the bottom of the tank. |
| 2 | Engine Oil/Air Separator Seal |
| 3 | Oil Transfer Tube |
| 4 | Engine Oil Tank Gasket
NOTE:
Install new gasket. |
| 5 | Engine Oil Tank (Upper)
NOTE:
Inspect for proper installation of the tube to top tank. The top of the tube should locate into the opening in the top portion of the tank. |
| 6 | Engine Oil Tank Bolt
NOTE:
Note the locations of the bolt during reassembly. Tighten 25 (18 lb ft) |
| 7 | Engine Oil Tank Bolt/Stud
NOTE:
Note the locations of the studs during reassembly. Tighten 25 (18 lb ft) |
| 8 | Oil Level Indicator |
| 9 | Oil Filler Cap |
| 10 | Engine Oil Tank Studs Tighten 8 (71 lb in) |
