1	Exhaust Manifold Gasket NOTE: Must use a NEW gasket.

3	Exhaust Manifold Bolt (Qty: 6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts in the sequence shown. Tighten the bolts a first pass to 15 (11 lb ft). Tighten the bolts a final pass to 20 (15 lb ft)
4	Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield
5	Heat Shield Bolt (Qty: 3) Tighten 10 (89 lb in)
6	Spark Plug Wires Procedure Inspect the inside of the spark plug wire boot for a thin, even coat of grease. If there is no grease present or additional grease is necessary, complete the following procedure: Apply a thin coating of dielectric grease evenly to the inside of the spark plug wire boot, up to a depth of 15 mm from the end of the boot. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers . Remove any excess grease from around the end of the boot, and ensure there is not an excessive amount within the boot. NOTE: Only apply dielectric grease to the spark plug side of the spark plug wire boot.
