Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LSA)

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Reposition radiator overflow hose. Refer to Radiator Overflow Hose Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the engine coolant fan motor connector.
  3. Remove the charge air cooler hoses from the shroud.
1 Radiator Air Deflector
2 Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
8 N.m (70 lb in)
3 Engine Coolant Fan Shroud

Procedure

  1. Transfer all necessary parts.
  2. Disconnect electrical connections.
