Preliminary Procedure Remove the front bumper fascia opening upper cover. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Opening Upper Cover Replacement .
1	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 (16 lb ft)
2	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Procedure Disconnect the release cable from the hood primary latch. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.
