Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LTG) , Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LKW) .
1	Camshaft Position Actuator Intake Solenoid Valve Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 (89 lb in)
2	Camshaft Position Actuator Intake Solenoid Valve Procedure Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the camshaft position actuator intake solenoid valve. Install a NEW seal if not replacing the solenoid valve.

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the camshaft position actuator intake solenoid valve.
Install a NEW seal if not replacing the solenoid valve.
