Intermediate Side Door Wedge Replacement - Door Side

Intermediate Side Door Wedge Replacement - Door Side

Callout Component Name
1 Intermediate Rear Side Door Upper Wedge Bolts (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Ensure that the door is properly aligned within the door opening before proceeding with the wedge adjustment.
  2. Using a soft marker, mark around the wedge for reference of the original position. Loosen the wedge.
  3. Move the wedge to eliminate drag on the door and to achieve the proper door position within the door opening, then position the wedge to achieve proper alignment to the door opening. Set the in/out adjustment for the proper door seal engagement making sure the door closing efforts are correct.

Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Intermediate Rear Side Door Upper Wedge
3 Intermediate Rear Side Door Lower Wedge Bolts (Qty: 2)

Procedure
