Preliminary Procedure Remove the right body hinge pillar garnish molding. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
1	Instrument Panel Side Trim Panel Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2.5 (22 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Side Trim Panel Procedures Open the instrument panel compartment to access the retainer for the side trim panel. Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retainers securing the trim panel to the instrument panel compartment.

Procedures

Open the instrument panel compartment to access the retainer for the side trim panel.
Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retainers securing the trim panel to the instrument panel compartment.
