Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Engine Oil Level Switch & Components

  2. Remove the engine oil level switch clip (4).
  3. Remove the engine oil level switch bolts (1).
  4. Remove the engine oil level switch (2).
  5. Remove and discard the engine oil level switch seal (3).
