Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Removal

  1. Remove the heater inlet and outlet pipe assembly bolt (1).
  2. Remove the heater inlet and outlet pipe assembly bolts (2).
  3. Remove the heater inlet and outlet pipe assembly (3).

  4. Remove and discard the heater inlet and outlet pipe assembly O-ring (2) and gasket (1).

  5. Remove the thermostat housing assembly bolts.
  6. Remove the thermostat housing assembly.

  7. Remove and discard the thermostat housing assembly O-ring and gasket.
