J-45004  Fuel Tank Siphon Hose

WARNING:

Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

1. Loosen the fuel fill cap in order to relieve the fuel tank vapor pressure.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
3. Loosen the fuel fill hose clamp (1) at the front tank.
4. Remove the fuel fill hose from the front tank.
5. Insert the siphon hose from the J-45004  fuel tank siphon hose into the fuel tank.
6. Attach the siphon hose from the J-45004  fuel tank siphon hose to the pump devise hose.
7. Using a hand or air operated pump device, drain as much fuel from the tank as possible.
