Inspect the OSS, harness, and connector for metallic debris and proper alignment of the OSS with the park gear. Proper torque of the OSS mounting bolt is critical to proper OSS operation.
If the scan tool ISS/OSS Supply Voltage indicates out of range, the fault could also be caused by the transmission input shaft speed sensor.
