Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  2. Remove the manual shaft and position switch assembly. Refer to Manual Shift Detent Lever with Shaft Position Switch Assembly Replacement .
    3. Fig 1: Identifying Seal Removal Tool J 45201

  3. Remove the manual shaft seal (1) using DT-45201  remover.
