Exhaust Manifold Removal (1.6L LDE, LXV, 1.8L 2H0, and LUW)

Remove the 9 exhaust manifold nuts (4).
Remove the 2 exhaust manifold bolts (2)
Remove the exhaust manifold (3) and gasket (1).
Clean all of the gasket surfaces.
