Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Release the transmission vent hose from the lower retaining clip.
    3. IMPORTANT:

    Observe the orientation of the transmission vent hose check valve prior to removal of the hose.

  3. Remove the transmission vent hose from the transmission vent tube.
