Cylinder Head Disassemble

Tools Required

J 8062 Valve Spring Compressor

J 38820 Valve Stem Oil Seal Remover. See Special Tools .

Use the J 8062 to compress the valve spring.

Remove the valve keys (1).
Remove the J 8062 from the cylinder head.
Remove the valve spring upper seat (2).
Remove the valve spring (3).
Remove the valve (6).
Remove the valve stem seal (4) using J 38820 . See Special Tools .
Remove the valve spring lower seat (5).
