Rear Seat Replacement (Crew Cab with A68)

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the rear center seat belt anchor nut. Refer to Seat Belt Replacement - Center Rear (Crew Cab) or Seat Belt Replacement - Center Rear (Extended Cab) .
1 Rear Seat Assembly Nut (Qty: 6)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tip:  Fold the rear seat cushion up to access the nuts.

Tighten:  50 N.m (37 lb ft)

2 Rear Seat Assembly
Tip: 
  1. Split the rear seats if only one seat is to removed at a time. Refer to Rear Seat Separation (Extended Cab With A68) .
  2. Lift the seat assembly upward to release the rear seat back hooks from the rear of the cab.
  3. During installation flip rear edge of carpet out of the way to prevent the carpet from being installed under any of the seat hardware/attachments.
