Heater Coolant Heater Air Supply Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.





2. Remove the air supply hose from the heater coolant heater.





3. Disconnect the air supply hose retaining clip from the heater coolant heater bracket.





4. Remove the air supply hose from the frame assembly.

5. Remove the air supply hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the air supply hose to the vehicle.

2. Install the air supply hose to the frame assembly.





3. Connect the air supply hose retaining clip to the heater coolant heater bracket.





4. Install the air supply hose to the heater coolant heater.

5. Lower the vehicle.
