Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.

2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley and bolt.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt to the generator bracket.

Snug the bolt finger tight.

2. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
