Preliminary Procedure Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . Remove the radiator grille support reinforcement. Refer to Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support Replacement .
1	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Retainer Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
2	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Procedure To release the hood primary and secondary latch unhook the hood primary latch release cable. Disconnect electrical connectors as needed.

CAUTION:

Tighten
20 N.m (15 lb ft).

Procedure

To release the hood primary and secondary latch unhook the hood primary latch release cable.
Disconnect electrical connectors as needed.
