Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Clutch Actuator Cylinder Pipe Elbow And Retainer

  3. Open the clutch actuator cylinder pipe elbow retainer (1).
  4. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe elbow (2).

  6. Release the fastening sleeve keys (arrows) using a screwdriver or equivalent to remove the fastening sleeve.
  7. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe sleeve (1) carefully out of the transmission housing and clutch actuator cylinder pipe.

  9. Loosen the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (1) from the clutch actuator cylinder.
  10. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2) from the transmission housing and clutch actuator cylinder.
