Installation Procedure

  1. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2) to the transmission housing and clutch actuator cylinder.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (1) to the clutch actuator cylinder and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  3. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe sleeve (1) carefully to the transmission housing and clutch actuator cylinder pipe.

  4. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe elbow (2).
  5. Close the clutch actuator cylinder pipe elbow retainer (1).
  6. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement
