Removal Procedure

  1. Remove battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Radiator Surge Tank And Radiator Surge Tank Clip

  3. Remove radiator surge tank clip (2).
  4. Remove radiator surge tank (1) and lay aside.
  5. Place basin underneath.

  7. Clip clutch actuator cylinder front pipe (2) out of 2 retainers.
  8. Open retaining clip (1).
  9. Disconnect clutch actuator cylinder front pipe from clutch actuator cylinder pipe elbow.

  11. Remove 2 brake pressure modulator valve bracket bolts (1).

  13. Open retaining clip (arrow).
  14. Disconnect clutch actuator cylinder front pipe (1) from clutch master cylinder.
  15. NOTE:

    For removal of clutch actuator cylinder front pipe lift brake pressure modulator valve bracket carefully.

  16. Remove clutch actuator cylinder front pipe.
