Installation Procedure

  1. Install the piston (3) and the spring (4).
  2. Install the oil pressure relief valve assembly (2).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the oil pressure relief valve closure bolt (1) and tighten to 21 N.m (16 lb ft).
  4. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
