Ignition and Start Switch Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
1	Ignition and Start Switch Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure: Turn the ignition lock cylinder to the run position before removing the ignition and start switch bolts. Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Ignition and Start Switch Procedure: Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.

Ignition and Start Switch Bolt (Qty: 2)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure:
Turn the ignition lock cylinder to the run position before removing the ignition and start switch bolts.

Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
