Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, engine running, observe the scan tool Reverse Gear (Manual) parameter while shifting the vehicle between the park and reverse gears. The reading should change between Inactive and Active when changing between the selected states.
  2. Shift the vehicle between the reverse and park gears. The backup lamps should turn ON and OFF when changing between the selected states.
