Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Mark the hood latch location to the support bracket with a grease pencil.

  4. Remove the hood latch bolts.

  6. Disconnect the release cable from the hood latch by squeezing the cable retainer.
  7. Remove the hood latch from the vehicle.
