Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module from the vehicle. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation .

  3. Remove the heater core cover heat stakes.
  4. Remove the heater core cover.

  6. Remove the heater core.

  8. Remove the lower HVAC case heat stakes.

  10. Unsnap and open the passenger compartment filter door.
  11. Remove the lower HVAC case.
