Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the pressure relief valve and seal to the compressor and tighten the valve to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
  2. Lower the vehicle.
  3. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  4. Leak test the fittings using the J 39400-A  . See Special Tools .
