Rear Center Seat Belt

NOTE:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to tear the seams or damage the seat cover.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
- Remove the right side seat-back (see SEAT-BACK ).
- Remove the right side seat-back cover/pad (see REAR SEAT-BACK COVER REPLACEMENT ).
- Remove the screws, then remove the bracket (A).
- Remove the screw, then remove the cover (A).
- Detach the hooks (A, B), then remove the rear back belt guide trim (C).
- Remove the retractor mounting bolts (A, B), then remove the rear center seat belt (C).
- Install the center seat belt and retractor in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Tighten the bolts by hand first, then tighten to specified torque.
- Check that the retractor locking mechanism functions as described (see INSPECTION ).
- Before installing the anchor mounting bolt, make sure there are no twists or kinks in the center seat belt.
