J 45201:  Cooler Line Seal Removal

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

  1. Insert J 45201:  seal removal collet (2) fully into the cooler line seal bore.
  2. Insert the forcing screw piece of the J 45201:  seal removal (1) into J 45201:  seal removal (2) and tighten.

  4. Thread the J 45201:  seal removal collar (2) onto J 45201:  seal removal (3) and tighten until the tool has removed the seal.
  5. Use a pair of pliers to remove the cooler line seal from J 45201:  seal removal.
