J 45059: Angle Meter

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

NOTE: Do not use any sealing material.

Install the cylinder head gasket (2) to the block.
Install the cylinder head (1).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

NOTE: Always use new cylinder head bolts.

Install and tighten the cylinder head bolts in sequence.
- Tighten the bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft) .
- Using the J 45059: meter , tighten the bolts an additional 155 degrees in sequence.

Install the front cylinder head bolts (1) and tighten to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
