Camshaft Cover Removal

  1. Remove the camshaft cover ground strap.

  3. Remove the front lift bracket.

  5. Remove the rear lift bracket.

  7. Remove the bolt and coil.
  8. Remove the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve bolts.
  9. Remove the camshaft position actuator solenoid valves.

  11. Remove the camshaft cover assembly.
  12. Remove and discard the camshaft cover gasket, camshaft cover grommets, and camshaft cover bolts if they are serviced with the grommet.
