Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  2. Remove the steering column filler panel. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement .
  3. Fig 1: Air Temperature Actuator

  4. Disconnect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  5. Fig 2: Air Temperature Actuator Screws

  6. Remove the air temperature actuator screws.
  7. Remove the air temperature actuator.
