Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the HVAC control module assembly electrical connectors.
  2. Install the HVAC control module assembly.
  3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the HVAC control module screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2.2 N.m (19 lb in).

  5. Install the I/P center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
