Circuit/System Verification

    NOTE: Fuel pump DTCs may set when using the Fuel Pump Relay output control.
  1. Ignition ON, command the fuel pump relay ON with a scan tool. You should hear the fuel pump operate for 2-3 seconds and then turn OFF.
  2. If the vehicle passes the Circuit/System Verification Test, then operate the vehicle within the conditions for running DTC P0627, P0628, and P0629. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that are captured in the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
