Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2010 Pontiac G5 and 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Attach the string used in the removal procedure to the lower end of the drain hose.
  2. Pulling the hose in place with the string, route the front drain hose down the windshield post and into the front lower hinge pillar.
  3. Push the drain hose into the hole in the front lower hinge pillar. Insert approximately 25 mm (1 in) of drain hose into the hole.

  5. Connect the drain hose to the sunroof module.
  6. Connect the front drain hose to the attachments on the windshield pillar.
  7. Install the hinge pillar lower insulators.
  8. Install the front lower insulator.
  9. Install the carpet retainer. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement (Coupe) or Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement (Sedan) .
  10. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
