Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Loosen the charge air cooler inlet pipe clamp (1).
  3. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe (2) from the charge air cooler (3).

  5. Loosen the charge air cooler clamp (1).
  6. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe (2) from the vehicle.
