Installation Procedure

NOTE: Remove any oil film from inside the pipes.

Install the charge air cooler pipe (2) and tighten the charge air cooler inlet pipe clamp.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe (2) to the charge air cooler (3) and tighten the clamp to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
