Removal Procedure

CAUTION: When removing or installing the backup lamp switch, do not use an open end wrench. Use only a socket in order to avoid damage to the switch assembly.

Remove the left front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
Disconnect the backup lamp connector (1).

Remove the backup lamp switch assembly.
