Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Loosen the required drive belt idler pulley bolt.
2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the drive belt idler pulley.
2. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Tighten the required drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
