First and Fourth Gear Only - 1-2 Solenoid Stuck On

DEFINITION: The transmission only provides first and fourth gear in Drive range. The shift pattern as the vehicle accelerates from a stop is 1-1-4-4. First gear ratio is 2.921:1 and fourth gear ratio is 0.705:1.
Control Valve Body Assembly	A faulty 1-2, 3-4 shift solenoid valve assembly (315A) is stuck On. Debris is found in the control valve body (301) or the control valve body spacer plate and gasket assembly (396)
